Ensuring your privacy

Your Tribute Website is your personal expression of feelings and memories so it is important to give you the ability to set the level of privacy you need.

This is a fundamental part of the MuchLoved service to you.

When you first create and start to add to your tribute, no one else has access to view or make changes. Then, only once you are ready, you use your ‘Invite Manager’ which will email your friends and family an invitation to your site, and also let you know when they have visited.

If you want, you can open up your website to the general public to view, but that decision is left for you to choose. It’s not for anyone else to decide for you.

As well as deciding who has access to view your website, you can also decide whether to allow contributions, so that there is no concern over receiving unwanted or ‘spam’ postings. You can allow all postings to be added automatically to your site, but you can also ask to approve them first, with an email alert sent to you whenever a new contribution has been made.

All your privacy settings can be changed whenever you want, so you are always in charge of access and contributions to your Tribute. We believe this will help ensure that your MuchLoved tribute remains a special and healing place for you.
