Did you know that you can set up your tribute to fundraise for your chosen charity?
More and more people are taking positive action in response to the death of a loved one by raising money for good causes. This might be to support the work of a charity, to help fund medical research, or just as a way of thanking an organisation such as a hospice that may have helped you.
MuchLoved have partnered with The Charities Aid Foundation (CAF), the champions of charitable giving for over 30 years, to offer a secure In Memoriam donation service to your charity of choice, including full Gift Aid tax reclaim.
It is very easy to activate your fundraising option. After creating your tribute, all you have to do is set the 'donate' option in your Settings Panel to 'yes' and then choose the charity you want to fundraise for. It's as simple as that.*
Your tribute will then display a small 'Donate' logo which will enable all your guests to make a secure online donation to your chosen charity. You can then choose to display the total raised to date, plus any target total and messages of support from donors if you wish.
As a charity ourselves, we know that every donation is truly appreciated as a vital means of funding continuing work. This is true of all donations, whether big or small.
